I’m a Licensed Therapist and Coach who works holistically to help you solve your problems and heal your mind, body and spirit.

I’ve done extensive professional training and personal development over the past 3 decades in both traditional and non-traditional approaches.
I’m a lifelong spiritual seeker who holds a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Therapy, and several certifications in specific approaches known to help people heal and move forward in their lives.
My certifications includes neurofeedback, EMDR, hypnosis, mental health nutrition, ketogenic diet, dreamwork and coach training. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral (CBT), and alternative approaches including intuitive, Jungian, and psychospiritual.
Together, we’ll customize a holistic plan using a combination of approaches best suited to your needs. I provide a safe, accepting space where you’ll feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me.
