I have found the internal imagery of the chakras from the Buddhist and Hinduism to be extremely powerful tool. Clients are introduced to the use of the chakra centers through meditation. The chakras are the seen points of the human body that are said to be centers of ‘psychic’ or ‘spiritual’ energy. I use seven chakra centers, including, base of the spine, just below the navel, just above the navel, the heart, the throat, the third eye located in the center of the forehead, the crown of the head.
I first started spinning my chakras with their corresponding colors while meditating in bed in the morning. I would start with my red disc and spin, spin, spin until I was at the top, bathed in violet light. All the colors of the rainbow lit up inside me. Eventually the awakening light body sacred geometry and sounds were added to these energy centers. This has been the foundation of my meditation practice for nearly thirty years.
We all have a tree trunk in our body, our spine where we find 7 energy centers or charkas. Female geometry is at work again here in the body as we find the feminine sphere in circular Chakras (which means, literally, “wheel”). Chakra is the Sanskrit word for an energy center in the subtle body. There are seven chakras from the root to the crown, 3 below and 3 above with the center being the heart, love. If one is balanced in their upper and lower chakras their energy streams out from the heart. A particular chakra helps you focus on a location in our body when we are working on changing old patterns through archetypal meditation. It is the inclusion of the body along with the mind that makes the meditation even more powerful than simply working at the level of thought. Combined with bilateral stimulation to address the dualism of opposing archetypes opens up another doorway toward wholeness.
The system of the chakras helps one to understand how particular mental-emotional states are directly related to specific parts of the body. A disturbance in a particular body function may correspond to a disturbance in a psychological functioning related to a specific chakra. The chakras are one way we can get in our bodies to do the work on ourselves. They can help us access strong emotions, feeling the passion for life and excitement of creative endeavors. The seven chakras contain the following frequencies or vibrations; nourishment, enthusiasm, movement, love, creative, expression, clear vision. Using it as a grounding tool helps to bring your vision into the physical world of reality. Identify in which of the seven energy centers the archetypal issues affect your overall health and do something to change your stress level by working with your chakras.
Order your Chakra Healing Report:
This report is about how you can heal your mind and body by being aware of the latent energies in your aura and making the best, most spiritual use of them. Your aura is a field of energy that permeates and surrounds your physical body. It has seven special energy centers within it called chakras. Chakras are vortexes of energy, and they are the places in your aura where divine consciousness can come in and manifest in your physical body, especially if you are receptive to it and use your willpower to allow it to enter.

Disclaimer: The Chakra Healing Report neither diagnoses nor prescribes, but works on the subtler level of the astral aura, as described by astrology, to understand and potentially re-direct the energies before they manifest on the physical level, so that you may be in tune with the higher, spiritual purpose for which the energies are intended rather than have them manifest as any lack of vitality or health

While running my private practice to my surprise latent grief for my childhood family dog brought me a series of dreams. Writing about this beloved pet ended up being a healing journey including not just my stories, but client’s pet loss and even afterlife stories. This has led to my book, Life, Death, Dog: Between This Pet and the Next.
